Britney Spears Lose At The Court appeal Last Monday

A California court on Monday denied an attorney's bid to challenge an order that gave control of troubled pop star Britney Spears' personal and business affairs to her father, Jamie Spears.

A panel of three district judges from California's 2nd Court of Appeals said on Monday an appeal to all conservatorship given to Jamie Spears could not be heard because "the granting of temporary letters of conservatorship is expressly excluded these orders taken on appeal "under California law.

However, Eardley said in a statement that he would petition for a rehearing on the grounds that two specific commands - the inability of a conservatee to invoke the succession and the inability of the conservatee to choose his own lawyer - not can be challenged.

On March 11, Eardley filed his initial challenge to the conservatorship that put
Jamie Spears and lawyer Andrew Wallet in charge of the singer's affairs. Portfolio and Spears have made co-curators by a court in California in early February, and the order now extends to July 31.

Britney Spears, 26, has seen her life spiral out of control since her November 2006 breakup with ex-husband Kevin Federline. She has been undergoing rehabilitation, lost custody of her two sons and was taken in January in Los Angeles at two hospitals in the area where she was placed under psychiatric evaluation.

In recent weeks, however,
Britney Spears
seems to have been repaired, and will be released on Monday by US television show, "How I Met Your Mother."

Lutfi Saturday, the so-called entrepreneur who has been Spears' companion for a good part of 2007 had a temporary restraining order issued against him to stay away from Spears. This order remains in force until April 16.

Lutfi Eardley and are both represented by the same Los Angeles-based spokesman, Michael Sands, Sands, but found no link between them.

Eardley said in a court filing that
Britney Spears
has hired in a telephone conversation.

In February, Eardley tried to move the court conservatorship case to the state Supreme Court, where he thought he could get legal.

But a federal judge ruled that he could not represent
Britney Spearss because at the time he said he had been hired, Spears had no legal authority to hire a lawyer.
