britney Spears Attorney Promised To Fight

The lawyer who claims to represent troubled pop star Britney Spears in the legal wrangling over control of its affairs, on Wednesday vowed to continue his battle, a day after a federal judge ruled that it is not counsel for the singer.

Jon Eardley
prosecutor said he was hired by Spears on February 12, but a California Court had already appointed conservators monitor his personal affairs and business and another lawyer to represent Spears.

District Judge Philip Gutierrez, the court ruled Tuesday the state of the appointment of the lawyer is unable to act as Eardley Spears' lawyer.

Spears
was hospitalized twice in January for psychiatric evaluation, and the State of California court's ruling occurred while she was not in court.

Eardley claims the state court violated
Spears
' civil rights by appointing conservatives because she was not present. He further argues that the conservatives are not his act in their best interest.

"We have only just begun the fight," Eardley said in a statement. "There is nothing that will stop me from dismantling, if any, conservatorship oppressive and unjust."

Spears
, 26 years, saw his life spin out of control since its break with the former husband Kevin Federline. She lost custody of children and visitation rights with their two sons, spent time in rehabilitation and in the last few months, the Louisiana native has been seen near Los Angeles wore pink wigs and speak in a British accent.

On 1 February, a court in California has given the singer's father, Jamie Spears, control over her personal and business through what is called a conservatorship. A lawyer, Andrew Wallet, has been appointed co-curator, and another lawyer, Samuel Ingham was appointed counsel for Britney.

Conservatorship, which has been extended twice, and will remain valid until March 10.

Gutierrez judge ruled the case will remain in state court, not federal court as Eardley sought because Eardley had no power to move.
